  • The app is available on both the Google Play Store & Apple Store

  • Yes, the RAD PERKS app is where all rewards and points are stored, as well as special promotions and subscriptions.

  • Subscriptions are purchased and paid for inside of the app and can be cancelled at any time. They charge your card on the same date every month after the first purchase. Just give your MEMBER CODE to a barista and let them know which subscription you have and they will take it from there.

  • If you wish to be refunded, please send an email to captain@rivalcoffee.com about why you'd like to receive a refund and our team will be in communication from there.

  • For any inquiries about private events, please email captain@rivalcoffee.com with details on when you'd like to and what the event would entail.

  • Orders can be placed ahead through our online ordering. Please visit this website through the "Order Now" button on our home page.

  • Yes! We can cater coffee, tea, cold brew, and work with our chef's to come up with a special menu: pastries, breakfast, and brunch!
